Faulty Items and Warranty Information
All our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the length of this warranty will depend on each brands warranty policy. All manufacturers warranties cover manufacturing faults and do not cover general wear and tear of your product.
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied or find fault with the workmanship or materials of your product, simply return it, with a copy of your receipt and follow our return policy on this site. Click here
Approval is at the discretion of Escape2.com.au in accordance with each brands warranty terms.If approved the product will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. In the case of discontinued models, the faulty item will be replaced with the most similar model from the current range. Escape2.com.au reserves the right to determine the reasonable cost of repair.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
